We all know the saying, "April Showers bring May Flowers", but did you know that rain also helps buried treasure bloom as well? It is true. A good rain seems to make the ground more agreeable to the way a metal detector works. This is why you will often see detectorists outside in the rain, or in muck boots right after a good rainstorm.
